Tree Troves is committed to providing safe, fast, and reliable international shipping. We understand that in cross-border shipping, unexpected situations may occur. That’s why we offer a clear delivery and return policy for your convenience.

📦 1. Shipping

• Service Area: We ship to many countries across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Please contact us to confirm availability in your region.
• Estimated Delivery Time:
  • 🌍 Ships Worldwide in 5–18 Business Days (Delivery time depends on your country)
• Free Shipping: Available for single plant orders totaling over USD $300.
• Tracking Number: Provided within 48 hours after shipment.
• Export Documentation: We manage all required documents (phytosanitary certificate, invoice, packing list) properly and legally.

🔁 2. Return & Refund

• Return Policy:
  We accept returns for significant damage, incorrect items, or non-delivery within 30 days from shipment.
• Return Requirements:
  • Video proof of unboxing
  • Photo of the product within 24 hours of receipt
  • Product must be unused/unopened
• Compensation Options:
  • Replacement shipment, or
  • Full/partial refund (based on agreement and situation)
• Exclusions:
  • Returns due to change of mind or ordering mistakes by the buyer are not accepted.

📌 Additional Notes

• For fruit and vegetable products, we only handle large-scale export requests and they are excluded from single item return policies.
