Does Tree Troves ship live plants internationally?
We ship a variety of tropical ornamental plants from Indonesia to countries like Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Germany, and Australia. All shipments include a Phytosanitary Certificate and export documentation required by your country.
Can I buy single plants or do I have to order in bulk?
You can order single plants. But for fruits, vegetables, or other horticultural products, we only accept bulk or wholesale requests through our export request page. Click Here>>
Is there a minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping?
Yes. We offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for orders above $300 USD (excluding documentation fees).
For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

How long does international shipping take?
5–18 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Bulk export shipments may take 10–30 days, depending on shipping method (air or sea freight).
Which countries does Tree Troves ship to?
We ship to most countries in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Oceania. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us directly.
How are the plants packaged for shipping?
We use moisture-retentive and breathable packaging with foam and root protection. Plants are cleaned, treated, and labeled to meet export regulations.
Do I need an import permit?
Some countries (e.g. Japan, Australia, Korea) require import permits for live plants. You're responsible for the import documents, but we’re happy to assist you.
What if my plants arrive damaged or dead?
We offer a resend or partial refund with unboxing photo proof. Terms & conditions apply — please refer to our refund policy.
Can I order plants or products not listed in the catalog?
Absolutely! Send us a message via the “Custom Request” page. We’ll help source the plant or horticulture item through our trusted farming network.
Does Tree Troves support resellers in my country?

Does Tree Troves sell fresh fruits and vegetables?
